The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Maintenance And Operation Of All Of The Municipal Sanitation Networks Of Sartrouville Under Municipal Roads And Under Private Funds Encumbered By Municipal Easements, Following The Program Established In Article 3.1 Of The Cctp, And Following Emergencies Necessitated By An Unexpected Obstruction Of One Or More Pipes. It Also Concerns The Maintenance Of Certain Related Works Detailed In Article 3.2 Of The Cctp. The Execution Of The Services Will Be Carried Out Throughout The Territory Of Sartrouville.
