Electronic Security Lock – Planning, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Maintenance Of A Comprehensive Networked Locking/Access Control System For Aok Bayern (Framework Agreement). The Client Maintains Around 200 Locations In Bavaria And Currently Operates A Heterogeneous Access Infrastructure With Electronic And Mechanical Locking Systems From Various Manufacturers. A Total Of Around 2,267 Doors Are Equipped With Electronic Access Systems. The Existing Landscape Includes Buildings Of Different Years Of Construction And Technical Equipment Standards As Well As Different Operating And Administration Models, From Centrally Administered Systems To Non-Networked Stand-Alone Solutions. Numerous Existing Systems Have Reached The End Of Their Economic Life Cycle Or Can Only Be Maintained And Expanded To A Limited Extent. In Order To Ensure Uniform, Secure And Cross-Location Access And Authorization Management, The Client Aims To Gradually Consolidate The Existing System Landscape Into A Central, Uniformly Administrable Access Platform. Every Employee Should Have Access To All Approved Locations Using A Single Access Medium, Depending On Their Authorizations. The Special Requirements For Availability, Resilience, Traceability, Business Continuity As Well As Physical And Organizational Security Within A Kritis-Relevant Environment Must Be Taken Into Account. The Basis Of The Target Architecture Is The Access Management Platform Salto Space, Which Is Already In Productive Use, Including The Virtual Network (Salto Virtual Network - Svn) From The Manufacturer Salto Systems, S.L. (Hereinafter Sal-To) Including The Associated System Architecture. This Is Currently Used At Several Locations For Around 890 Doors And 3,800 Users And Has The Necessary Functions For Central Administration, Rights And Authorization Management, Event And Alarm Processing As Well As Scaling Across Locations. The Aim Of The Current Procurement Is To Equip The Building Used By The Client With Hardware To Be Attached To The Entrances That Matches The Space Software Environment From The Manufacturer Salto In Order To Create A Comprehensive, Uniform Electronic Locking And Access Control System That Meets The Mandatory Technical, Operational, Security-Related, Economic And Scaling-Related Requirements Specified In The Service Description (Appendix 802). The Subject Of This Tender Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With Three Framework Contract Partners On The Contractor Side For The Planning, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Documentation And Maintenance Of A Comprehensive Electronic Locking And Access Control System Based On The Requirements Set Out In The Service Description (Appendix 802). The Services Include In Particular The Delivery And Installation Of Online And Offline Access Components, Fittings, Cylinders, Readers, Controls, Distribution Cabinets
