Statistical Software Package – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Esg Reporting Software (Saas) For Bayerischer Rundfunk And Other Beneficiaries. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Provision, Secure Operation And Ongoing Development Of An Esg Sustainability Data Management Software As A Software As A Service Solution (Hereinafter Esg Tool). The Esg Tool Must In Particular Enable The Broadcasting Companies Involved (Rfa) To - Create Annual Climate Footprints, - Create Sustainability Reports In Accordance With The Voluntary Standard (Vs) (Voluntary; As Well As Aggregated At Ard Level In A Multi-Year Cycle) And - Create Sustainability Reports In Accordance With The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (Csrd). The Esg Tool Is To Be Provided As A Modular Solution. The Broadcasters Must Be Able To Commission And Use The Technical Modules - At Least The Climate Balance, Vs Report And Csrd Report - Independently. The Software Must Be Designed In Such A Way That Several Broadcasters Can Work With It In Parallel. Each Broadcasting Company Has A Technically And Organizationally Delimited Work Area (Instance Or Client) As Described In Section 2.1 And Below. A Central Ard View Must Be Able To Display Aggregated Data - Especially For A Consolidated Ard Climate Balance And For An Ard-Wide Vs Report - Without Affecting The Data Sovereignty Of The Individual Broadcasters. This Can Be Done Internally Within The System Or Through Deliveries From The Individual Rfas. The Esg Tool Must Support Broadcasters In Data Collection, Validation, Evaluation, Reporting, Documentation And Checking Of Sustainability Information. Data, Key Figures And Documents Must Be Made Available In An Audit-Proof, Historically Traceable And Visible Manner For External Auditors.
