B, A Current Certificate Of Approval For The Container And Current Certificates Of Approval For Equipment Subject To Approval Must Be Provided No Later Than On The Day Of Technical And Quality Acceptance Of The Container; D) Container Compliant With The Requirements Of Annex No. 20 To The Guidelines For Standardization Of Equipment For Firefighting Vehicles And Other Means Of Transport Of The State Fire Service; F) Container Equipped With, Among Others: In: - Min. 3 Shower Cabins, - Min. 4 Washbasins, - Changing Room, - Min. 2 Toilet Cabins, - Clean Water Tank And Sewage Tank, - Electric Water Heater, - Electrical And Water Installation, - Protective And Work Clothing, - Sanitary, Household And Bathroom Articles. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Clause Regarding Invalidation Of Proceedings. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It. 5.
