The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out All Maintenance Operations, As Well As Corrective Maintenance, Or The Creation Of Air Conditioning Installations In The Following Sites: - The Offices Of The Head Office Of Cannes Lerins Amenagement Et Habitat; -External Offices Falling Within Its Operating Scope; -Residences, Housing And Annexes Belonging To The Assets Of Cannes Lerins Amenagement Et Habitat. This Contract Is Not Subject To Allotment The Services Give Rise To An Ordinary Contract Treated At Mixed Prices And Broken Down As Follows: Item 1: Preventive Maintenance And Repair Service, Gives Rise To An Ordinary Contract Treated At A Global And Fixed Price In Accordance With The Breakdown Of The Global And Fixed Price Item 2: Corrective Maintenance, And Creation Work With Purchase Orders, Gives Rise To A Single Awardee Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders. The Work Relating To Item 2 Is Treated At A Unit Price On The Basis Of The Quantities Actually Carried Out. The Value Of All Of These Services Is Likely To Vary As Follows: Minimum Amount Per Period €5,000 Excluding Tax / Maximum Amount Per Period €80,000 Excluding Tax The Validity Period Of The Contract Is The Period Within Which All Of The Services Are Carried Out. It Runs From Notification For A Period Of 12 Months, Renewable 3 Times Within The Limit Of 48 Months.
