1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization And Renovation Of The Municipal Building At Ul. Sieradzka 33 In The Design And Build Formula. The Task Was Carried Out On The Property At Ul. Sieradzka 33, Plot Registration Number: 145, Registration Area: 6 And Insulation Of The Buildings Facade On The Border With Neighboring Plots No.: 142; 143 And 144, Precinct 6 At Tkacka Street. The Task Will Be Carried Out In Two Stages: Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation For The Thermal Modernization Of A Municipal Building At Ul. Sieradzka 33, Along With Obtaining All Arrangements For The Ordering Party And Obtaining An Unreservedly Accepted Notification Of Construction Works Or A Final Decision On The Building Permit. Stage Ii - Carrying Out Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Design Documentation Based On The Unreservedly Accepted Notification Of Construction Works Or The Final Decision On The Building Permit.
