Work Detail
The Scope Of Work Under The Subject Of The Order Includes The Creation Of A Green Enclave (Our Common Green Haven) For Students Of The Neighboring School And The Residents Of Kalei. Tidying Up And Leveling The Area Will Create A Friendly Meeting Place (Chess, Table Tennis, Garden Deckchairs), Conduct Educational Activities (Educational Boards, Gazebo With Benches, Sensory Path), Provide The Opportunity To Observe Nature In Its Natural Character (Alder Forest) And Expand Ecological Knowledge (Flower Meadows, Insect Houses, Nesting Boxes, Birdbaths, Solar Bench). Ecological Solar Lighting Was Also Introduced. A Bicycle Parking Lot Has Been Proposed For Bicycle Lovers. Bins For Selective Waste Segregation Have Been Added. The Designed Area Can Be Divided Into Two Zones: The Existing Alder Riparian Forest In The Depression Of The Ground And The Park Zone, In Which The Main Elements Of Our Common Green Haven Have Been Designed. The Element Connecting Individual Elements Of Recreation Is Walking. It Is Marked By Paths And Squares Made Of Natural Aggregate, Water-Permeable, Running According To The Slope Of The Terrain. The Main Elements Of Small Architecture Are Located On The Squares And Their Surroundings: A Wooden Gazebo With Benches Providing A Place For Teaching Classes, Tables For Board Games And Table Tennis, A Pergola, Deckchairs And A Sensory Path. The Designed Greenery Includes Small Areas Of Park Grass And Flower Meadows To Increase Biodiversity. In Designated Places, It Was Proposed To Plant Deciduous And Coniferous Shrubs, Tree-Like Trees, Deciduous And Coniferous Trees, Grasses And Perennials. The Designed Greenery Is Balanced In Such A Way That It Creates An Attractive Set In Every Season And Provides Food For Nearby Birds. The Existing Alder Riparian Forest Should Be Left Almost Intact (Without Disturbing The Water And Soil Management). The Area Should Only Be Cleaned Of Impurities And Unnecessary Self-Seeding Trees Should Be Removed (After Consulting The Designer). Filled Slopes Should Be Softened Whenever Possible So That The Trees Are Not Covered With A Large Layer Of Earth. The Rest Of The Area Should Be Shaped In Accordance With The Design, Respecting The Existing Trees. In The Future (Not Covered By The Project And Implementation), An Educational Trail On Wooden Platforms, Running Between Trees, May Be Built In This Area. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Also Defines The Detailed Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 5 To The Swz
