The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion Of The Intersection - The Galicki Roundabout, Along With The Reconstruction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In The Scope Of Expanding An Additional Right-Hand Turn Within The Intersection Of Ul. 3-Go Maja From Ul. Mikołaja Rej In Oleśnica Voivodeship Lower Silesia In The Scope Of: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Including Construction Designs, Detailed Designs, Bills Of Quantities For All Industries) Along With Obtaining Appropriate Decisions Required By Regulations That Will Allow The Ordering Party To Start The Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Order, Including The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid) Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311),2) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works,3) Performing Authors Supervision During The Tender Procedure Conducted By The Ordering Party To Select A Contractor For Construction Works And During The Implementation Of Works Covered By The Prepared Construction And Executive Design Documentation And During The Warranty And Guarantee Period.2.
