The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Reconstruction And Change Of Use: − Demolition Of An Annex, − Change Of Use Of Part Of The Building From Commercial To Multi-Family Residential, − Necessary Dismantling And Demolition, − Drying Of Basements, − Repair Of Structural Walls, − Execution Of Moisture-Proof Insulation, − Construction Of New Ceilings And Roof, − Construction Of New Internal Walls And Separation Of 7 Residential Premises, − Insulation Of External Walls From The Inside, − Execution Stairs, − Renovation Of The Facade With The Restoration Of The Original Arrangement And Shape Of The Windows On The Facade, − Finishing Works. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). This Requirement Applies To Persons (Manual Workers) Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works Described In The Design Documentation.
