Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services For Primary School No. 3. Gen. Mariusz Zaruski In Zakopane In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until December 22, 2026

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Preparing And Delivering For The Canteen Of Primary School No. 3. Gen. Mariusz Zaruski In Zakopane Hot Meals In The Form Of A Two-Course Dinner With Compote And An Additional Dessert Served Twice A Week. 2. Lunch Includes: 1) Soup; 2) Second Course; 3) Compote; 4) Twice A Week – Additional Dessert. 3. Meals Are Intended For Students Using The School Canteen. The Ordering Party Anticipates That These Will Generally Be Students Aged 6 To 14, But There May Be Isolated Cases Of Older Students Due To Their Individual Learning Curves. 4. The Order Will Be Processed In The Period From September 3, 2026 To December 22, 2026, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Days Off From Classes And Days On Which, In Accordance With The Schools Work Organization, No Feeding Will Be Provided. 5. The Ordering Party Anticipates A Daily Demand Of Approximately 185 Lunches. This Number Is An Estimate And Does Not Constitute A Guaranteed Number Of Lunches On Particular Days. 6. The Total Number Of Lunches Ordered During The Contract Implementation Period Will Be Within The Following Range: 1) Minimum Guaranteed Number Of Lunches - 5,772 Pieces; 2) Maximum Estimated Number Of Dinners – 14,430 Pieces. 7. The Order Is Not Divided Into A Basic Order And An Option Right. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Option Rights. 8. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Information About The Number Of Lunches Ordered For A Given Day By 9:00 A.M. On A Given Day At The Latest. Meals Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Office No Later Than 10:30. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Alternative Plant Dishes For Students Who Do Not Consume Animal Products, In Accordance With The Needs Reported By The Ordering Party And The Rules Specified In The Opz. 10. Meals Must Be Planned And Prepared In Accordance With Current Nutritional Standards For The Polish Population, Appropriate For The Actual Age Structure Of Students Using The School Canteen. 11. A Two-Course Dinner Should Cover On Average 30% Of The Total Daily Energy Requirement, Calculated Over Ten Consecutive Nutritional Days. 12. In Each Full Five-Day Feeding Week, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In Particular: 1) Two Dinners Containing A Portion Of Meat Prepared From Fresh Meat; 2) At Least One Dinner Containing A Portion Of Fish; 3) At Least One Dinner Containing A Dish Prepared On The Basis Of Legume Seeds Without The Addition Of Animal Products; 4) On The Remaining Day – A Meatless Meal; 5) At Least Two Soups Prepared With Vegetable Stock; 6) No More Than Two Servings Of Fried Foods. 14. Meals Should Be Prepared And Delivered In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 16, 2026 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children
