A) Part No. 1 - Delivery Of Office And Social Furniture, Including The Delivery Of: Desks For Working With Containers, - Ergonomic Swivel Chairs, - Chairs For Break Rooms, - Tables For Break Rooms, - Three-Seater Sofas, - Conference Chairs, - Office Chairs With Massage Function And Footrest. 2) The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Parts Of The Order. 3) The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Defects, Ready For Use And Consistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In Sopz. 4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached. In Order To Clearly Identify The Offered Item, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturer And The Model, Type Or Catalog Number Of Each Offered Product. In The Case Of Custom-Made Furniture That Does Not Have A Model Or Catalog Number, The Contractor Shall Indicate The Manufacturer And Its Own Clear Product Marking.
