The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of: Package 1 - Reagents And Equipment For Blood Group Serology Using The Column Micromethod2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz And The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz3. In Addition, The Subject Of This Order Is Also The Lease Of Equipment Dedicated To The Column Micromethod Described In The Contractors Offer. (Package 1).4. The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities And The Method Of Carrying Out The Order Are Specified In Detail In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract.5. If There Are Packages On The Market With A Different Number Of Pieces Etc. Than Those Included In The Swz, They Should Be Rounded Up To Full Packages.8. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, E.G. As A Result Of Responses To The Contractors Inquiries. However, It Is Not Necessary To Modify The Swz By The Ordering Party, Because The Swz Should Be Read Together With Its Possible Changes.9. Whenever In The Swz, Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Article 101(1) 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.10.
