Tenders are invited for Supply of Hand Towels Document Fees (Price): 75 (KWD / Kuwaiti Dinar) Bid Bond: 2% of the offer amount Details / Additional Terms: Documents may be obtained from the Financial Affairs Department at the Ministry headquarters or via their website. Bidders must attach a letter from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming compliance with the National Employment Support Law No. 19 of 2000 and Council of Ministerial Resolution No. 1104/V of 2008. Bids remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. Priority will be given to owners of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) affiliated with the National Fund for SME Development.
