Tenders are invited for Provision of Completion Equipment and Associated Services SCOPE OF WORK/SERVICE REQUIREMENTS Scope of activities under this contract include the following: Equipment Supply: * Sub Surface Safety Valves (SCSSV) tubing and wireline retrievable, including accessories * Gauges / downhole gauge systems and permanent monitoring equipment/downhole pressure and temperature monitoring equipment * Smart completion products; feed through Packers, ICVs etc. * Control line / TEC, centralisers, clamps, protectors, spoolers and accessories * Packers (permanent and retrievable including accessories; excluding P&A packers as applicable) * Tubing accessories: blast joints, flow couplings, telescopic joints, blanks, crossovers and pups * Flow control equipment: landing nipples, lock mandrels and accessories * Swellable products, latches, seals and mule shoes * Single Trip Completion Equipment including remotely activated valves and packers * Remotely Operated Completion System * Mechanical fluid loss control devices and isolation ball valves * Sand control equipment: screens (including shunted screens/OHGP systems), gravel pack packers, Multizone GP equipment and related components Associated Services: * Engineering and technical support, equipment selection and modelling * QA/QC, testing, inspection, certification (pre-assembly and in-country) * Pre-assembly, make-up and pressure testing (onshore base) * Wellsite installation support * Planning, scheduling and interface coordination * Post-job reporting (installation, HSSE, deviations, NPT) * High Pressure Debris Removal, Filtration and wellbore cleanout services * Well stimulation with Wash Pipe Jetting tool * Long-term post-installation maintenance services * Remotely Operated Completion System (ROCS) * Single Trip Completion Services * Completion recovery services during P&A 3.0 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS To be eligible for this tender exercise, interested contractors are required to be pre-qualified as an essential service vendor in any of the following product services: * 3.01.07 Drilling/Completion Engineering Services * 3.04.17 Well Completion Services * 1.01.08 Production String Components * 1.01.12 (Down Hole Pressure Control Equipment) (Product/Services) category in NIpeX Joint Qualification System (NIJQS) database.
