Tenders are invited for Supply & Testing of 28 Electric Bicycles for the Motor Cycle & Scooter Courses at Colleges of Technology and Technical Colleges - 2026 Interested bidders are hereby invited to purchase a complete set of Bidding Documents in English from the Technical Support Service Division of the Department of Technical Education and Training, located at P.O. Box 557, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10. The documents will be available for collection from 24th July 2026 to 14th August 2026 (during working days), between 9:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000.00. The method of payment will be in cash at the Shroff Counter, Finance Division, Department of Technical Education and Training, P.O. BOX 557, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security worth of Rs.224,000.00 obtained from any commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The Bid Security shall be valid up to 16th December 2026 from the date of Bid opening and should be addressed to Director General, Department of Technical Education & Training.
