Tenders are invited for License to Operate Advertising Billboard Sites in Al-Jahra Governorate General Provisions of the Tender. Pay a fee of KD 200/- (two hundred Kuwaiti Dinars only) Bid bond: Each bid must be accompanied by an bid bond in the form of a certified check, a non-refundable financial guarantee letter, without a condition or reservation issued by a bank licensed to operate in the State of Kuwait, made out to the investor and in favor of Kuwait Municipality, for a period of not less than 2% and not exceeding 5% of the bid value. The bid bond may only be withdrawn after (90) days from the closing date or upon signing the contract, unless it is canceled.
