The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Extension Of The Elementary School Building, Including The Gastro Operation. A Separate Two-Story Building Is Proposed, Connected To The Existing Elementary School Building By A Connecting Neck. Between The Existing Boiler Room And The Extension, A School Kitchen Building With Facilities Is Proposed. Both Buildings Are Based On Concrete Belts, The Perimeter And Internal Supporting Structures Will Be Made Of Ceramic Blocks. Partitions Made Of Gas Silicate, Acoustic Partitions Between Classes, Ceilings Made Of Prestressed Reinforced Concrete Panels. The Roof Is Designed As A Wooden Rafter System On Wooden Bases And On Steel Central Purlins Supported By Steel Posts. The Roofing Is Partly Designed As A Low Single-Skin Hip With A Surface Consisting Of Irrigated Greenery, Partly As A Flat Residence Roof With A Garden. A Flat, Single-Skin Roof With Waterproofing And Thermal Insulation Is Also Designed Above The Kitchen. The Outer Shell Will Be Insulated And Provided With Silicone Plaster. The Rear Part Of The Facade Will Be Equipped With A Trellis For Tensioning Climbing Plants. The Objects Will Be Connected To Strong And Weak Current, Water Supply And Sewage Connection.
