Tenders Are Invited For Purchase, Supply, Installation And Training In The Use Of Agricultural Equipment For The Gart Batoka Livestock Development Center Demonstration Farm (Batoka, Zambia) And Zca Monze College (Monze, Zambia) And Selected Service Center

As Part Of The Zamagro Project: Mechanization And Innovation For The Growth Of Commercial Agriculture In Zambia, Funded By The Czech Development Agency, The Creation Of Two Demonstration Farms Focused On Climate-Smart, Environmentally Sustainable And Commercially Viable Agricultural Models Using Czech Agricultural Technologies Will Be Supported. The Demonstration Farm Will Serve To Verify And Present Technologies Suitable For Local Conditions, Especially In The Field Of Mechanization, Livestock Production, Irrigation And Post-Harvest Processing. The Aim Is To Increase Productivity, Farmers Incomes And Their Connection To Markets. The Selection And Purchase Of Equipment Will Be Transparent, Based On The Actual Needs Of The Demonstration Farms And With An Emphasis On Technical Suitability, Ease Of Operation, Cost Effectiveness, Availability Of Spare Parts, Service And Long-Term Sustainability. Only Czech Solutions Will Be Considered, In Accordance With The Goals Of The Project. Implementation Will Take Place In Cooperation With Czech And Zambian Partners, Including Mendel University In Brno, Planet Partners, Azet, The Ministry Of Agriculture Of Zambia And Zari. The Delivery Will Also Include Training For Service Center Operators And Technicians. Scope Of Provided Services: As Part Of This Tender Document, The Supplier Will Deliver, Provide All Available Certificates, Provide Training On The Use Of The Equipment And Commission The Agricultural Equipment At The Selected Centers In Accordance With The Attached Technical Specifications. The Contract Is Awarded Outside The Regime Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, In Accordance With The Contracting Authoritys Internal Guidelines.
