The New Two-Story School On The Existing Diefenbaker Site That Will Have A Nominal Capacity Of 465 Students. The Total Built Area Of This Option Is 3,345 M2. The Building Is Oriented East-West Parallel To The Northernmost Property Line To Allow The Existing School To Remain Operational During Construction And Maintain The Maximum Amount Of Play Area. This Project Involves The Complete Demolition Of All Existing Blocks Once The New School Is Complete. The New School Is Located To Ensure Continuous Operation Of The Existing School During Construction, Thus Avoiding Off-Site Accommodations.
