The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Create A Reconstruction Project For A Building Located In Meegomäe, Võru Municipality, And To Design A Modern Service Environment For People With Special Mental Needs. The Scope Of The Procurement Includes The Collection Of Basic Data Necessary For Design, Preparation Of A Sketch, Preliminary And Basic Project, Application For A Building Permit, Advice During Construction And Furnishing Procurements, And Supervision Of The Designer During Construction Works.
