On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Positions No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7 And No. 8 Are Assigned In The Order Of Their Independent Value, Namely In The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - Direct Award, Since The Value Of Each Of The Above-Mentioned Separate Items Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 And The Total Estimated Value Of The Separate Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order.
