The Subject Of The Public Procurement Provides For The Provision Of Services Related To The Collection, On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority And At Its Expense, Of The Sums For Water Supply Services Provided To The Users Of The Company In The Populated Areas, Detailed In The Technical Specification For Securing The Economic Activity Of The Company. For The Services Provided, The Employer Pays The Contractor A Fee (Commission), Determined As A Percentage Or An Absolute Amount. The Collection Of The Amounts Due Is Carried Out By The Contractor At Its Designated Points Of Online Cash Registers Operating In Real Time; On Cash Registers Operating In Offline Mode; According To Information Provided Every Working Day By The Contracting Authority In The Form Of Daily Data Exchange; And Through Cards Issued By Banks And Related Payment Transactions. According To The Method And Organization Of Collecting The Sums From The Users, Four Separate Positions Are Distinguished. The Order Will Be Executed By Collecting Sums For Provided Plumbing Services To The Users Of The Company, Namely: Collection Of Sums For Issued Invoices At Online Cash Registers Operating In Real Time In The Settlements Of The Shumen Region; Collection Of Amounts For Issued Invoices At Cash Registers Operating In Offline Mode For Settlements On The Territory Of The Shumen Region, In The Municipalities Of Shumen, Veliki Preslav, Smyadovo, Varbitsa, Novi Pazar, Kaspichan, Nikola Kozlevo, Kaolinovo, Venets And Khitrino; Collection Of Amounts For Issued Invoices At Designated Points Of The Contractor On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria, With Software And Resources Of The Contractor, As Well As Collection Of Amounts Through Cards Issued By Banks And Related Payment Operations. The Public Procurement Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Signing By Both Parties And Is Valid For 24 (Twenty-Four) Months Or Until The Maximum Value Of The Contract Is Reached For Each Individual Item, Whichever Occurs First
