All Smr/Srr Included In The Order Represent Ongoing Repair In The Sense Of Paragraph 5, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Zut And Are Aimed At Improving The Operational Qualities Of The Existing Site, Without Affecting The Structure, Without Carrying Out Reconstruction, Reconstruction Or Change Of Purpose. The Term For The Implementation Of All Activities And Construction And Assembly Works Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement Should Be No Longer Than 70 (Seventy) Calendar Days, Counted From The Receipt Of The Contract Letter By The Contractor. The Funds Will Be Provided From The Budget Of Op Cleanliness - Plovdiv. The Procedure Is Opened Under The Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code, I.E.
