The Activities Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are Aimed Specifically At Investments To Improve The Quality Of The Infrastructure On Lulin Street From 1-Vi May Street - O.T. 515 To O.T. 552 And Oborishte Street From O.T. 517 To O.T. 524, Town Of Kostinbrod, Municipality Of Kostinbrod. The Streets Are Currently In Poor Technical Condition - They Are Characterized By Cracks And Poorly Repaired Patches, And In Some Places There Are Holes. The Flooring Is Worn And Subject To Repair And Restoration. The Areas Subject To Ongoing Repair And Restoration Activities Have Expired Depreciation And Need Restoration. The Main Damages Are Holes, Patches, Single Cracks, Network Cracks And Pavement Wear. After A Thorough Inspection, The Assessment Of The Condition Of The Pavement Is Poor. The Execution Of The Public Order Includes The Activities That Are Related To The Execution Of Construction, Namely: Carrying Out Construction And Repair Works With The Aim Of Achieving Normal Operation And Good Technical Condition Of The Road Network And Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure After An Explicit Assignment By The Contracting Authority And Within The Limits Of The Defined Means For The Activity, In Accordance With The Current Legal Acts And Technical Specifications For Construction Products; Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Construction Materials And Products In Accordance With The Regulation On Essential Requirements For Constructions And Assessing The Compliance Of Construction Products; Carrying Out The Necessary Tests, Laboratory Tests And Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Contract For Awarding The Public Procurement;
