The Scope Of The Order Includes The Repair Of Pavements, Curbs And Street Pavements, Concrete, Asphalt And Pavements With Road Strips, As Well As All Related Activities. Pavements In Pedestrian Areas - Alleys And Sidewalks, As Well As Those In Designated Parking Spaces In Areas For General Public Use, Located In Close Proximity To The Street Network Planned For Repair, Will Also Be Included For Restoration. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged, But May, If Necessary, Assign The Implementation Of The Construction Operations And/Or The Types Of Works Included In Them From The Technical Specification In The Event Of Urgent Situations, Which Are Characterized By The Need To Take Urgent Actions In Connection With An Unexpectedly Arising Need To Carry Out Repair Works, The Non-Implementation Of Which Represents A Direct Threat To The Life And Health Of The Population And/Or Prevents The Use Of The Facilities Providing Access To Publicly Significant Objects Of The Territory Of The Municipality And/Or Prevents The Occurrence Of Material Damages, Exceeding At Least Twice The Damages That Became The Reason For The Urgent Assignment. Urgent Awarding Requires The Establishment Of An Appropriate Organization At The Contractor And Ensuring The Ability To Begin Execution Of The Cmp Within Three Hours Of Receiving An Urgent Award. Given The Existing Heavily Amortized Pavements, On The Territory Of The Entire Municipality, The Volume Of The Destroyed Pavements And That Of The Pavements That Will Be Restored And Created As A Result Of A New Need For This, Cannot Be Established With Accuracy. The Approximate Area Subject To Restoration, At The Time Of Opening The Procedure, Is About 4000 Sq. M. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Made In The Technical Specification.
