Bids Are Invited For Contracting Of Maintenance, Repair, Remodeling And Other Services For Building And Facilities Of The Serviu Region Del Libertador General Bernardo Ohiggins

The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Maintenance, Repair, Remodeling And Execution Of Minor Works For The Institutional Building And Facilities Of The Serviu Region Of Libertador General Bernardo Ohiggins, With The Purpose Of Ensuring Its Proper Functioning, Conservation, Security And Operational Continuity. The Contract Will Include The Execution, At The Request Of The Service, Of Works Of A Preventive, Corrective And Improvement Nature, Which May Consider, Among Others, Civil Works, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Electricity, Locksmithing, Masonry, Welding, Roofing, Coatings, Installation And Repair Of Artifacts, As Well As Any Other Intervention Necessary To Maintain Or Restore The Optimal Operating Conditions Of The Infrastructure And Institutional Facilities. The Services Must Be Executed In Accordance With The Requirements Formulated By Serviu, In A Timely, Efficient Manner And In Accordance With Current Technical And Safety Regulations, Using Quality Materials And Technically Competent Personnel, Guaranteeing The Correct Execution Of The Work In The Facilities Determined By The Service During The Term Of The Contract.
