Integrated Adult Drug And Alcohol Treatment And Recovery Servicelondon Borough Of Tower Hamletsthe London Borough Of Tower Hamlets Is Undertaking A Soft Market Test To Inform The Future Procurement Of An Integrated Adult Drug And Alcohol Treatment And Recovery Service, Anticipated To Commence In October 2027.The Council Is Seeking Feedback From Providers, Voluntary And Community Sector Organisations, Partnerships And Other Stakeholders On A Proposed Single Accountable Lead-Provider Model For The Delivery Of Integrated Adult Substance Misuse Treatment And Recovery Services. The Proposed Service Will Support Adults Experiencing Drug And Alcohol Dependency, Including Individuals With Complex Needs, Co-Occurring Mental Health Conditions, Homelessness, Criminal Justice Involvement And Other Forms Of Multiple Disadvantage.
