Necessary For The Ordinary Operation Of The Different Centers Managed By Procornellà, Identified In Section 3 Of The Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp). The Following Annexes Are Attached:•Annex 1.- List Of Goods And Maximum Prices Of Lot 1.-Sanitation And Plumbing•Annex 2.- List Of Goods And Maximum Prices Of Lot 2.- Hardware•Annex 3.- List Of Goods And Maximum Prices Of Lot 3.- Hygienic Cellulose Material. Where Is A Brief Description Of The Products And Material A To Supply In The Event That Reference Is Made To A Specific Brand Or Product, It Will Always Be Understood That The One Described Or Any Other That Has Equal Or Superior Benefits Is Requested, With The Prior Authorization Of The Person In Charge Of The Contract Or The Person Designated By The Corresponding Center. The Object Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Specification Of Particular Technical Prescriptions (Pptp). The Proposals Must Include The Totality Of The Unit Prices Which Includes The Contracting Of The Corresponding Lot. In The Absence Of Any Unit Price, It Will Be Considered That The Offer Corresponds To The Tender Type Unit Price. There Cannot Be Any Unit Price Of An Amount Higher Than That Proposed By Procornellà, In The Event That There Is, It Will Be Corrected And The Unit Price Set By Procornellà Will Be Applied.
