Tenders are invited for Cargo Surveying Services for Petroleum Products 1. The State Trading Corporation (STC) is inviting bids from eligible bidders through the Government e-Procurement System of the Republic of Mauritius forCargo Surveying Services for Petroleum Products for the period covering 01 November 2026 to 31 October 2027 as per requirements contained in the bidding document. 2. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System (e-PS) by 11 August 2026 up to 14:00 hrs (Mauritian Time) at latest. 3. Bidders having submitted bids online by the closing date and time, shall have to decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on 11 August 2026 as from 15:30 hours (Mauritian Time)till 13 August 2026 at 14:00 hours (Mauritian Time). 4. Bids will be opened on 13 August2026 as from 14:01 hours (Mauritian Time) and the result of the bids will be available accordingly on the e-PS. 5. Interested Bidders should register by signing up on thee-PS of the Government of Mauritius on https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.orgin order to participate in the bidding exercise and download the bidding document. 6.
