Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement. 2. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurements Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. 3. Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the Director, Planning Research & Statistics and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe State Ministry of Works, Damaturu. 4.
