Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Infrastructure & Services Rehabilitation Solidarités International (SI) is an international non-governmental organization working with vulnerable populations, mainly victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters. Specialized for nearly 40 years in covering vital needs, SI implements emergency, recovery and reconstruction programmes. Solidarités Internationals teams, composed of around 270 expatriates and nearly 2,200 national staff, are present in 20 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean, where they are particularly committed to fighting diseases related to unsafe water, while also working in the essential areas of food security and livelihoods. In Lebanon, Solidarités International has been operating since 2013, primarily in North Lebanon and Akkar, South Lebanon, and the Bekaa/Baalbeck-Hermel region. SI responds to urgent needs through emergency and sustainable WASH assistance, infrastructure repair, emergency shelter solutions, food security, economic recovery and disaster risk reduction. In North Lebanon and Akkar, SI has maintained a continuous operational presence since 2013 and is recognized as a key WASH actor and emergency responder. SI has developed strong working relationships with local authorities, including the Governors office, municipalities and unions of municipalities, community focal points, Disaster Risk Management offices, the General Security Office and the Lebanese Armed Forces Internal Security, supporting access and coordination in complex operational environments. SI is also a longstanding partner of the North Lebanon Water Establishment and has contributed to water governance, public water and wastewater services, and the rehabilitation and upgrading of critical WASH infrastructure in North Lebanon and Akkar through previous projects funded by institutional donors. Solidarités International is launching a Call for Tender to select qualified contractors for the implementation of Work Rehabilitation Services in Lebanon This Call for Tender aims to establish 1-year Framework Agreements with contractors capable of carrying out rehabilitation works in targeted areas, as part of Solidarités Internationals ongoing programs. Those Framework Agreements will not include fixed prices.
