Tenders are invited for Building Accessibility Implementor. shareQ is seeking a qualified and experienced Building Accessibility Implementor to carry out accessibility modifications and installations within the designated facility. The implementor will be responsible for executing the required accessibility works in accordance with approved technical specifications, accessibility standards, safety requirements, and the agreed implementation schedule. The selected implementor must ensure that all works are completed professionally, safely, and with minimal disruption to the regular activities of the facility. The selected implementor will be expected to inspect the worksite, confirm measurements, provide appropriate materials, complete all required works, and ensure that the final implementation meets accessibility, quality, and safety standards. Scope of Work: The Building Accessibility Implementor will be responsible for completing the following works in accordance with the technical specification documents attached to this tender. Applicants must carefully review all attached technical specifications, drawings, measurements, material requirements, and implemention instructions before preparing their technical and financial offers. The attached technical specification documents shall be considered an integral part of this tender. Signage Design Implementation Accessible Parking for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) Ramp Modification in the Parking Area Handrail Installation Remove and level elevator threshold Bathroom Accessibility Adjustments Braille Sign Classroom 430 Wheelchair for emergency Responsibilities and Main Duties: The selected implementor will be responsible for: Conducting a site visit before submitting or finalizing the technical proposal. Reviewing the required accessibility modifications and confirming all measurements. Submitting a clear technical methodology and implementation plan. Providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision. Coordinating the implementation schedule with shareQ. Following relevant accessibility, construction, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards. Protecting the facility, furniture, equipment, and surrounding areas during implementation. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite throughout the assignment. Removing debris and waste generated by the works. Correcting any defects or incomplete works identified during inspection. Providing warranties for the completed works, materials, fixtures, and supplied equipment. Submitting photos and documentation of the completed works when requested. Obtaining shareQs approval before making any major changes to the agreed specifications, materials, or design. Required Qualifications: Engineering Construction Company with minimum of 10 years of experience. Proven experience in building accessibility implementation, renovation, construction, or facility modification. Ability to interpret technical drawings, measurements, and site requirements. Experience in identifying and resolving construction and accessibility challenges. Ability to provide appropriate, durable, and safe materials. Knowledge in Graphic Design Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements. Ability to complete the assignment within the agreed deadline. Previous experience working with NGOs, educational institutions, public facilities, or disability-related organizations is an advantage. Registration with the relevant authorities and ability to provide the requested legal and financial documentation. Competencies: Strong technical and practical skills.
