Irado Currently Has An Agreement With Axoftit & Telecom B.V. For The Implementation Of Office Automation Services. This Agreement Includes The Management And Maintenance Of The Ict Infrastructure, Workplace Management And Service Desk Support. The Current Agreement Expires On March 31, 2027, Which Means That Irado Must Start A New Tender Procedure In A Timely Manner To Ensure Continuity Of Services. During The Implementation Of The Current Agreement, It Became Apparent That Tightening Up On Several Aspects Is Desirable. Particularly In The Areas Of Contract Management, Service Desk Quality, Accessibility, Knowledge Assurance, On-Site Support And Cyber Security, There Is A Need For Improved Agreements And More Substantive Cooperation With The Contractor. In Addition, It Has Become Apparent That Irado Needs A Supplier That Better Matches Operational Practice And The Complexity Of The Current Hybrid Ict Environment (On-Premise And Cloud).
