The City Of Fairburn And The City Of Union City Are Seeking An Innovative Public Outdoor Art Mural Showcasing Both Cities. The Art Mural Will Be On The Cemented Wall Under The Csx Overpass At The Intersection Of State Route 138 (Jonesboro Road) And Highway 29 (Beverly Engram Parkway). The Design Will Also Include The Beams Under The Bridge As Well As The Facing On Both Sides. This Design Cannot Include Lights But Can Be Bright With Color And Design.
