The Berlin Urban Nature Pact Is An Initiative Of The Senate Department For Mobility, Transport, Climate Protection And The Environment. The Aim Is To Implement The Targets Of The Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework And The Renewed Biodiversity Action Plan (2021-2030) Through Local Actions. The Subject Of The Award Is The Operation Of The Coordination Office Set Up To Support And Operationalize The Pact. The Coordination Office Serves As A Central Contact Point For All Participating And Interested Cities Worldwide And Takes On Tasks Such As Networking And Technical Exchange Between Cities, Monitoring And Communication And Public Relations Work.
