Construction Work – Construction Of A Home For The Elderly In Týn Nad Vltavou. The Subject Of The Order Is The New Construction Of A Home For The Elderly. The Building Is Designed As A Four-Story Building And Is Divided Into 2 Departments - A Home For The Elderly And A Home With A Special Regime. There Will Be 50 Single Rooms And 5 Double Rooms In The Building And Part Of The Home For The Elderly. There Are 20 Single Rooms In The Department With A Special Regime. The Total Capacity Of The New Home Is Therefore 80 Beds. The Home Also Includes A Childrens Group For 20 Children. The Project Also Includes Parking Spaces, Paved Areas, Garden And Outdoor Landscaping. Public Contracts Are Not Divided Into Parts, And Partial Fulfillment Is Therefore Not Possible.
