Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation In The Ordering Partys Infrastructure Of One (1) Server For Building An Ai/Ml Environment Along With The Manufacturers Warranty Service For A Period Of 60 Months. 2) The Delivered Device And Its Components Must Be Brand New And Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 8 Months Before The Date Of Delivery And Free From Physical And Legal Defects. The Offered Components Must Be Compatible And Appear On The Server Manufacturers Compatibility List. The Server Cannot Be Included On The Manufacturers End-Of-Sale Or End-Of-Support Lists At Least As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Offer. 3) The Offered Device Must Have The Factory, Permanent Ce Mark Applied By The Manufacturer. It Must Come From A Legal Source And Be Delivered Through The Manufacturers Authorized Sales Channel In The European Union, And The Ordering Partys Use Of The Delivered Product Cannot Constitute An Infringement Of The Copyrights Of Third Parties. 2.
