Agricultural, Forestry, Horticultural, Aquacultural And Apicultural Services – Carrying Out Active Protection Treatments In Non-Forest Wetland Ecosystems In The Biebrza National Park As Part Of The Re:Generation Program. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Performing Active Protection Treatments In Non-Forest Wetland Ecosystems Located In The Upper Basin Of The Biebrza National Park. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Treatments On A Total Area Of 6.38 Ha, Within Land Properties Owned By The Biebrza National Park, In The Trzyrzeczka Protection District, Located In The Communes Of Lipsk (Currently Registered As Lipsk), Dąbrowa Białostocka (Currently Registered As Szuszalewo) In The Podlaskie Voivodeship. The Exact Location Of The Works Is Specified In Section 3 Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Execution Of The Order Is Financed By The Donation Agreement Dated December 22, 2025 Concluded Between The National Foundation For Environmental Protection With Its Registered Office In Warsaw, As Part Of The Project Regarding The Unep/Grid-Warsaw Center And The Biebrza National Park For The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Space For Nature - Protection Of Forest And Non-Forest Wetland Ecosystems In The Upper Biebrza Area, In The Biebrza National Park And Its Buffer Zone From The Re:Generation Program. 4. Active Protection Treatments That Are The Subject Of The Order Include Manual Work: Mowing Herbaceous Vegetation Together With Suckers, Mowing Suckers, Reducing Trees And Bushes, Trimming Willow Bushes In Order To Shape Ecotones And Collecting And Exporting Biomass, As Well As Manually Cutting Bushes And Tree Saplings Along The Ditch And Using The Obtained Biomass To Plant It. All Types Of Work And Implementation Conditions Are Described In Detail In Section 4 Of Annex 1 To The Swz. 5. The Implementation Of Protective Measures Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Primarily Aimed At Protecting Nature Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 13). 6. The Area Of Treatment May Be Adjusted During The Execution Of The Task, With An Accuracy Of 1 Are, And The Correction Will Not Constitute More Than 5% Of The Maximum Area Of The Order. 7. The Aim Of The Planned Conservation Measures Is To Maintain And Protect Valuable Peat Bog Communities And Those Related To Them, Including Natura 2000 Habitats Alkaline Fen 7230, As Well As Related Species Of Mosses, Vascular Plants, Animals, In Particular Birds, Non-Forest Ecosystems. 6. Active Protection Treatments That Are The Subject Of The Order Include Mowing Molinia Meadows, Thermophilous Grasslands And Xerothermic Grasslands With The Use Of Manual Equipment, Along With Collecting Biomass Into Stacks Or Mounds And Its Removal In Accordance With The Scope Of Work Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Section 4. 7. The Area Of Treatments May Be Corrected During The Execution Of The Task, With An Accuracy Of 1 Are, And The Correction Will Not Constitute More Than 5% Of The Maximum Area Of Individual Parts Of The Order. 8. The Aim Of The Planned Protective Measures Is To Maintain And Protect Valuable Peat Bog Communities And Those Related To Them, Including Natura 200 Habitats
