The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Management, In A Recovery Installation In The R3 Process, Of Selectively Collected Municipal Bio-Waste From Residential And Mixed Properties In The Oborniki Commune With The Code 20 02 01 Or 20 01 08 (Bio-Waste), In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028 Year. The Contractor Is Allowed To Use The Transfer Station Available To The Contractor (I.E. At The Contractors Disposal) Before The Final Transport Of Municipal Waste To The Recovery Installation. 2. Management Of Bio-Waste In The R3 Recovery Process Referred To In Section 1 Of Chapter Iii Of The Swz, Must Take Into Account The Possibility Of Including This Bio-Waste In The Mass Of Recycled Municipal Waste Within The Scope Of The Ordering Partys Obligation Expressed In Art. 3B Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, In Particular In Relation To The Conditions Specified In § 6 And 7 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of August 3, 2021 On The Method Of Calculating The Levels Of Preparation For Re-Use And Recycling Of Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws, Item 1530). 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Accept Municipal Bio-Waste Included In The Order Referred To In Section 1 Of Chapter Iii Of The Swz, From The Entity Collecting Municipal Bio-Waste From Property Owners Indicated By The Ordering Party, Successively In Quantities Depending On The Amount Of Waste Collected From Property Owners. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Accept Bio-Waste Included In The Order On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 6.00 A.M. To 8.00 P.M. And - If Saturday Follows A Public Holiday Falling On A Working Day - Also On Saturdays From 6.00 A.M. To 1.00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays. After Agreement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor, It Is Possible To Change The Days And Hours Of Waste Acceptance At The Installation (Or: Transfer Station).
