Compania Municipală Energetica Servicii București Sa Has Ongoing Contracts Concluded With The Bucharest City Hall For The Execution Of Works Regarding The Rehabilitation Of The Heating System Of The City Of Bucharest. The Purchase Of Motor Fuels, Diesel And Unleaded Gasoline, On The Basis Of Cards In Compliance With The Technical Specifications Of The Specifications, By Concluding A Framework Agreement With A Duration Of 48 Months From The Date Of Signing, Concluded With A Maximum Of 2 Economic Operators. The Subsequent Contracts Related To The Framework Agreement Will Be Signed Every Six Months And/Or According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Duration Of Subsequent Contracts Will Be A Maximum Of 6 Months. Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And The Subsequent Largest Contract Are The Following - Minimum Quantities 60,000 Liters Of Euro 5 Diesel And 2,000 Liters Of Euro 5 Unleaded Petrol, Maximum Quantities Of 800,000 Liters Of Diesel And 50,000 Liters Of Euro 5 Unleaded Petrol. The Contracting Authority Will Purchase, Without Resuming The Competition, According To Needs And Funds Budgets That Can Be Made Available For This Purpose, Based On The Subsequent Contracts Assigned To The Promisor-Contractor Ranked First, The Products Agreed In The Framework Agreement. If The Promisor-Contractor Ranked In The First Place Cannot Comply With The Contractual Clauses Due To His Fault, Then The Contracting Authority-Promisor Undertakes To Request The Supply Of The Products Agreed In The Framework Agreement From The Promisor-Contractor Ranked In The Second Place. The Method Of Awarding The Subsequent Contracts Is Carried Out Without Resuming The Competition.
