The Service Includes The Implementation Of Regular And Interventional Mechanical Maintenance Of The Mbo Plant Within The Waste Management Center Of Biljana Donje, With The Aim Of Concluding A Framework Agreement With One Business Entity For A Period Of Three (3) Years. The Maintainer Undertakes To Perform All Maintenance Tasks In A High-Quality, Professional, Professional Manner And Within The Agreed Deadlines, In Accordance With The Rules Of The Profession And The Principle Of Good Business, For The Needs Of The Client (Eko D.O.O.) At The Plant For Mechanical-Biological Waste Treatment (Mbo). The Maintenance Concept Is Based On The Rcm (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) Guidelines And Includes Four Basic Areas: 1. Corrective (Intervention) Maintenance 2. Preventive Maintenance 3. Predictive Maintenance 4. Proactive Maintenance Through Its Activities, The Maintainer Is Obliged To Ensure The Total Technical Availability Of The Mbo Plant Of At Least 96%, Whereby The Methodology For Calculating Technical Availability Is Defined In Chapter 2.3. Reliability Calculation Methodology. The Maintainer Is Obliged To Plan, Organize And Carry Out All Activities Of Preventive, Predictive, Proactive And Interventional Maintenance In A Way That Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Stated Requirement.
