The Prices Given In The Mini-Competition Must Not Exceed The Prices Agreed In The Contract. However, The Contractor Can Offer Lower Prices. In Procurements Below The National Threshold Value (Individual Work Orders), The Customer Can Acquire The Necessary Work Package From The Contractor He Deems Best And Most Appropriate Depending On The Situation. In This Case, The Prices Offered By The Contractor Are Used. The Procurement Unit Also Has The Right To Hold A Mini-Competition For Procurements Below The Threshold Value. The Number Of Services To Be Purchased During The Contract Period And The Destinations For Which The Services Are Purchased May Vary. The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Purchase Quantities. It Is Also Possible To Acquire Other Products, Rental Equipment And Machines Or Special Expertise Related To The Procurement Object From Contract Suppliers. The Pricing Of Other Products, Rental Equipment And Machines Or Special Expertise Must Follow The Same Principle As The Prices Given In The Offer. The Hus Group Has Hospital Real Estate, Including Rental Hospitals, Totaling Approximately 1,300,000 Brm2. Due To The Large Property Mass, Property Tours Are Not Organized At The Sites. The Items Are Familiarized With The Supplier In Connection With The Order.
