Tree-Maintenance Services – Framework Agreement For Tree Pruning, Felling, Grubbing And Maintenance Of The Tree Heritage Of The Town Of Blanc-Mesnil And The Nanteuil-Le-Haudouin Holiday Center. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For Pruning, Felling, Stump Removal And Maintenance Of The Tree Heritage Of The Town Of Blanc-Mesnil And The Nanteuil-Le-Haudouin Holiday Center. In Accordance With Articles L. 2113-10 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, The Consultation Is Broken Down Into Two Distinct Lots: Lot No. 1: Architectural Pruning, Including The Maintenance And Recovery Of Trees Driven Into Architectural Forms As Well As, Where Applicable, The Pruning Of Hedges Assimilated To These Structured Treatments; Lot N°2: Free-Form Pruning, Felling, Dismantling, Grubbing, Possible Devitalization, Interventions For Cohabitation With The Environment, Urgent Interventions And Penalty. Each Lot Constitutes A Separate Framework Agreement. Each Of The Lots Is Allocated To A Single Economic Operator. Lot No. 1 Is A Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders At Mixed Prices, Comprising A Lump Sum Part (Dpgf) For Programmed Structured-Size Services, And A Part At Unit Prices (Bpu) For One-Off Or Corrective Services Falling Under Lot 1. Lot No. 2 Is A Framework Agreement For Single-Award Purchase Orders. In Accordance With Article R. 2162-4-1° Of The Public Procurement Code, The Maximum Amount Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At 350,000 Euro(S) Excluding Vat Per Year Including The Fixed Part And The Unitary Part. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Begin To Run From Its Notification Date And For A Period Of One Year. It Is Renewable Three Times On Each Anniversary Date, By Tacit Renewal, For A Maximum Period Of Four Years.
