Consultation Carried Out In Application Of Articles R.2124-2, R.2161-2 To R.2161-5 And R.2162-13 To R.2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. For An Initial Duration Going, At The Earliest From The Date Of Issue Of The Service Order Ordering The Start Of Performance Of The Services, Or At The Latest From 08/23/2027, Until 12/31/2027. It Is Then Tacitly Renewable Once For 24 Months (From 01/01/2028 To 12/31/2029) Under The Conditions Provided For In The Ccp. It Is Concluded Without A Minimum And With A Maximum Per Period (1,105,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Maximum For The First Period And 1,895,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Maximum For The Second Period). Or 3,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Is Single-Awarded. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded On Unit Prices, Revisable According To The Provisions Provided For In The Ccp. Free Variants (At The Initiative Of The Candidate) Constituting An Alternative Of Any Kind To The Consultation File As Well As Those Constituting An Additional Service Are Prohibited. The File Does Not Include Any Variation Or Additional Service At The Initiative Of The Contracting Authority.
