It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Horizon. This Assignment Includes The Design, Further Development And Co-Management Of An Enterprise Scale Landing Zone (Eslz) To Support The Cloud And Platform Strategy Of The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Will Contribute, Among Other Things, To: • Designing And Implementing The Eslz According To A Secure-By-Design And Automated Approach, With An Emphasis On Platform Engineering; • Creating A Platform That Enforces Governance, Security, Networking, Identity And Compliance In A Uniform And Scalable Manner; • Covering All Relevant Management And Quality Domains As Defined In The Well-Architected Framework (Including Security, Reliability, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency And Cost Management). The Assignment Also Includes The Co-Management Of The Platform Within A Shared Responsibility Model, Whereby: • The Contracting Authority Retains Strategic And Architectural Ownership; • The Contracting Authority Sets The Operational Goals, The Contractor Will Ensure Their Implementation And Remains Responsible For The Tasks Performed. • The Contractor Provides Support In Implementation, Optimization And Continuous Improvement. In Addition, The Contractor Is Expected To Deploy Qualified Profiles That Work Closely With The Contracting Authority, Both In Terms Of Thinking Along (Architecture, Platform Choices, Working Methods) And Cooperation (Implementation And Operational Tasks).
