Natural Gas – Framework Agreement For Subsequent Contracts (2027-2029) For The Supply And Delivery Of Natural Gas And Associated Services For The Agglomeration Community Of Pays De Lor Relaunch Following Failure. The Consultation Aims To Establish A Framework Agreement Aimed At Selecting Two Companies Which Will Be Allowed To Submit Offers With A View To Concluding Subsequent Contracts For The Supply And Transportation Of Natural Gas Necessary For The Needs Of The Sites Included In The Scope Of The Framework Agreement According To The Terms Set Out In The Cctp And Ccap. The Holder Is Responsible For The Supply And Delivery Of Natural Gas Guaranteeing Continuous Supply And Without Any Alteration Of The Needs Of The Delivery Points (Pol) Of The Contracting Authority As Well As The Associated And Complementary Services. This Supply Is Understood As A Single Contract Including Access To And Use Of The Public Distribution Network Managed By The Distribution Network Manager (Dno) And Including The Function Of Balance Manager. Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Subsequent Contracts Without Minimum But With An Annual Maximum Expressed In Quantity Of 2.7 Gwh/Year (7 Pdl Concerned)
