The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Carry Out Engineering And Geotechnical Study Missions In The Context Of New Construction, Rehabilitation, Acquisition-Improvement, Demolition, Residentialization And/Or Transfer Of Assets On The Assets Of Sa Les Résidences, Which Extends Over The Departments Of Yvelines And Essonne. This Consultation Took The Form Of An Open Call For Tenders, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2124-2 And R. 2124-2 1° Of The Public Procurement Code. In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L. 2113-10, L. 2113-11 And R. 2113-2 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Buyer Has Chosen Not To Allocate. The Subject Of This Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. This Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Public Contract For Intellectual Services At A Unit Price. This Contract Is Handled In The Form Of A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Article R. 2162-2 Of The Public Procurement Code, Which Is Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders In Application Of Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Aforementioned Code. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 500,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Duration Of The Framework Agreement.
