The Lzn Is Responsible For Procuring Goods And Services For The Direct Lower Saxony State Administration (See Section 2 Of The Lzn Operating Instructions). With The Consent Of Its Supervisory Authority, The Lzn Can Take On Further Tasks For Public Law Users Within And Outside The Lower Saxony State Administration As Well As For Private Law Companies Wholly Owned By The Public Sector (See § 3 Operating Instructions). In This Responsibility, The Order Includes The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Company (Section 21 Vgv) For The Delivery Of Field Service Shirts And Blouses For The Cooperation Of The State Forests.
