The Object Of The Contract Is The Acquisition Of The Necessary Services For The Design, Development, Implementation, Configuration, Integration, Testing, Commissioning, User Training And The Provision Of Technical Support Related To An Integrated It Solution Intended For The Digitization Of Teliu Municipalitys Activity. The Contract Involves The Creation Of A Unified It Platform, Made Up Of Interconnected Software Components, Which Allows Both The Digitization Of The Activities Carried Out Within The Functional Departments Of The Institution (Back-Office), As Well As The Provision Of Electronic Public Services To Citizens And The Business Environment (Front-Office). The It Solution Will Be Designed So That All Its Components Work In A Unified Architecture, Use Common Authentication And Administration Mechanisms, Allow The Automatic Exchange Of Information Between Modules And Ensure The Integrity And Security Of The Processed Data.
