The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Preparatory Works, 2) Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions (Dśu) Together With The Preparation Of All Necessary Studies To Obtain It, In Particular The Project Information Card And The Environmental Impact Report - If Required, 3) Obtaining An Administrative Decision Necessary To Start And Carry Out Construction Or Start Construction Works - Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment Together With The Preparation Of All Necessary Studies For The Implementation Of Construction Works, 4) Development Of Promotional And Information Materials, 5) Development Of A Construction Design With Geotechnical Documentation, 6) Development Of Executive Designs, 7) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 8) Development Of Maps With The Planned Division Of Real Estate, 9) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, 10) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate And A Cost Estimate Form For The Offer, 11) Preparation Of Answers To Questions From Contractors And Making Any Modifications To The Developed Documents During The Tender Procedure, 12) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works. 13) Transfer Of Intellectual Property Rights, Including Copyrights To Works Performed Under The Contract, As Well As Granting All Consents And Authorizations To Modify Them And Exercise Derivative Rights.
